Park Rules

Campers: Check-in after 2:00 p.m. | Check-out by 11:00 a.m.

Overnight Guests: Check-in after 3:00 p.m.

Day Visitors: Must leave by 10:00 p.m.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available. Please contact the office for availability. Additional fees may apply.

Campsites must be left clean and free of trash. A cleaning fee may apply if the site is not left in good condition.

All visitors must register at the office and obtain a Guest Vehicle Pass.

Day visitors must leave the campground by quiet hours.

Visitors causing a disturbance may be asked to leave immediately.

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Subletting or renting your site to others is prohibited.

Sites must be kept neat and orderly at all times.

Small dog fences allowed with management approval.

Clotheslines are not permitted; please refrain from tying anything to the trees.

Each site may register up to 2 vehicles. Additional or guest vehicles may be directed to the overflow parking area at the front of the Village.

All vehicles must display a Village Parking Pass. Parking passes will be provided to you upon check-in or Guest check-in.

Guests must register with the office upon arrival.

No vehicle maintenance, fluid changes, or non-emergency repairs are permitted, unless approved by management.

Boats, trailers, and other large vehicles are not permitted on campsites. Check with management for the purchase of an Oversized Vehicle/Trailer Parking Pass.

Two dumpsters are available for Village use. One is for household waste, and the other is for recycling. Please observe the identification signs on each dumpster for proper use.

Recycling is required; please use designated containers and break down all boxes.

Prohibited items (tires, grills, furniture, mattresses, etc.) must be removed by the camper and items are not to be left in or near the Village dumpsters. Dumpsters are video monitored and a Prohibited Item Removal Fee may be applied to any camper who leaves prohibited items in the Village dumpsters. Improper disposal may also result in permanent removal from the campground.

Campers are strongly encouraged to use a water pressure regulator to protect their RV plumbing systems.

Please turn off the water supply at the spigot when your RV is left unattended.

Washing of vehicles or RVs is not permitted unless authorized by management.

For safety and insurance purposes, campers are strongly encouraged to use proper surge protectors for their RV.

All sites include sewer hookups. Please use RV-approved toilet paper only.

Keep tanks closed until ready to dump.

Do not dispose of inappropriate items (wipes, sanitary products, grease, food scraps, etc.) into the system.

Campers are responsible for plumbing issues caused by improper use.

Pets are welcome, with a limit of two pets per site.

All pets must be registered with the office and have a current rabies certificate on file.

Pets must be kept on a leash no longer than 10 feet at all times when outside of the Guest's RV.

Owners must clean up after pets immediately.

Any animal causing continuous disturbance or damage to the property will be subject to immediate removal from the campground at the discretion of management.

Aggressive animals will be removed immediately, without warning.

Visitors are not permitted to bring pets.

Local Wildlife, including bears, can pose serious risks to campers and their belongings.

Store all food, coolers, and scented items inside your camper or vehicle.

Never feed or leave food or trash unattended outdoors.

Never leave pets or children unsupervised outdoors.

Fires are permitted only in designated fire rings and must never be left unattended.

Fires should be kept low after 11:00 p.m. and must be fully extinguished before leaving or retiring for the night.

Fire rings may not be moved.

Dumping ashes or charcoal in wooded areas is prohibited.

Kiln-dried firewood is available for purchase at the office; do not collect wood from the campground.

Alcohol must be consumed responsibly.

Disorderly, disruptive, or intoxicated behavior will not be tolerated, and may result in removal from the campground.

Possession or consumption of alcohol by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited.

Smoking is prohibited inside all campground buildings.

Firearms, air guns, paintball guns, fireworks, explosives, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

Violations may result in immediate eviction and notification of authorities.

Disorderly conduct, property damage, or disruptive behavior by campers or their guests may result in removal from the campground.

Solicitation is prohibited unless authorized by management.

Generators may only be used with management approval.

Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Guests are solely responsible for the security of their personal property.

Smugglers Notch RV Village assumes no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to property for any reason, including natural events (wind, lightning, hail, falling branches, etc.), fire, or vandalism.

Campers should maintain appropriate insurance coverage for their RVs and personal belongings.

The speed limit within the campground is 5 mph.

Please observe all posted traffic and directional signs. All campground roads are designated as one-way.
