Vermont State Law states that single vehicles greater than 40′ in length, or combination vehicles (vehicles with trailers) that are greater than 45′ in length, are prohibited from operating in the Smuggler’s Notch segment of VT Route 108.

RV Sites

We have 60 full hook-up sites, pull-through and back-up, complete with water, sewer, and power connections. We have basic sites to accommodate smaller vehicles that only require 20 amp or 30 amp service and Deluxe sites that offer 20/30/50amp service. We also offer Wi-Fi for all those digital nomads or just so you can stream your favorite shows or podcasts when winding down at night or getting ready in the mornings.

Daily and Seasonal sites are available and each site comes equipped with a picnic table and fire pit. We utilize minimal landscaping and provide a level-gravel-packed pad that has a thin layer of topsoil to help add to the natural environment. No need to worry about navigating around large trees or stones, our sites are easy in and easy out to help start and end your visit as stress-free as possible.

Welcome to our newly renovated, 200 year old post & beam Vermont farmhouse! Inside you will find a professional kitchen equipped to feed the biggest of families or groups after a long day on the slopes! The open concept of the first level allows for the whole group to hang out. On the warmer days, relax on the three season porch while enjoying your morning coffee. After a day of skiing, spend the evenings in the recreational room on the lower level where you’ll find a pool table, arcade game and foosball table.

Upstairs there are six bedrooms and three full bathrooms separated between each side of the home for extra privacy.

On one side of the home, the primary bedroom features a king size bed, a standing tile shower, and a large soaking tub. The other bedroom has a queen size bed and large closet. Down the hallway you will find four other bedrooms, two of which have queen size beds. The bunk room is perfect for anyone with two full size beds while the last bedroom has two twin beds. The two full bathrooms separate the rooms on each side of the hall for privacy and both feature large tubs and showers.

The home is conveniently located midway between the village of Jeffersonville and Smugglers Notch Ski Resort on scenic Route 108 South. The town is picturesque New England with all the amenities you would expect as well as an art gallery, restaurants, brewery, distillery & artisan craft shops. A quick 5 mile drive from Jeffersonville up Route 108 is the Smugglers Notch Ski Resort, which is known for its varied skiing terrain for beginners and experts on three mountains. There is a village at the foot of the mountains that features restaurants, shops , grocery store and a Fun Zone that is popular for family and group entertainment. Zip lining, disc golf, canoe/kayak rentals, skate park, mountain bike and hiking trails are all within a few minutes from the front door.

When are you open?

Smugglers Notch RV Village will open on May 15, 2024 for our inaugural season. We will close our campground this year on October 31, 2024. So grab your reservation fast! Want to stay in the off season for some fun in the Vermont snow or don’t have an RV? Check out our Vermont Farmhouse AirBnB rental unit open all year.

When is check-out?

Check out time, for all campers, is no later than 11:00 a.m. Sites must be vacant and clean, or a site cleaning fee may apply. Check out time for an all-day visitor is 9 p.m. Checkout later than the scheduled time may require the payment of an additional fee.

What's the earliest I can check-in?

Check-in time, for all campers, is no earlier than 2:00 p.m. Check-in time for overnight guests is no earlier than 3pm Check-in before the scheduled time may require the payment of an additional fee.

What's your pet policy?

Pets are welcome but are required to always be on a 10-foot leash. Maximum two (2) pets per site. All pets must be registered and have copies of the current Rabies Certificate on file at the Office. All pet litter must be picked up immediately. Campers who do not pick up after their pets will be asked to leave – with NO refunds. Pets are not to be left unattended anytime. Barking or growling dogs will not be tolerated. On complaint of noise, one warning will be issued. In the event such barking or roaming, or any other infraction continues, the Registered Camper shall either remove the pet from the campground or shall leave the campground immediately. Animals demonstrating aggressive behavior to people or other pets will not be given a warning. Owners will remove the animal from the campground immediately. If not so removed, the registered camper shall leave the campground with no refund of payment for site rental. We want everyone to enjoy his or her camping experience, pet owners and non-pet owners alike. Visitors / guests may not bring pets to the campground. 

What's the best way to get to your RV park?

**EXTREMELY IMPORTANT WARNING** Route 108 joining Stowe and Jeffersonville, AKA Smugglers Notch, is a winding road, full of switchbacks, with some corners cutting so close to the edges of its boulder-lined walls. Vermont State Law states that single vehicles greater than 40′ in length, or combination vehicles (vehicles with trailers) that are greater than 45′ in length, are prohibited from operating in the Smuggler’s Notch segment of VT Route 108. DO NOT CONSIDER DRIVING OVER THE NOTCH!

Do you allow tent camping?

Smugglers Notch RV Village has 60 full-hookup RV sites that are dedicated to campers traveling with a rig. However, our friends down the road at Brewster River Campground and Maple Grove Campground are delighted to host tent campers and provide a similar nature-rich environment.
